It’s natural to have lots of questions when you're trusting stranger with your pet for the first time. Here's a list of some of the most frequently asked questions.

What Is Your Availability?

We book out about 6 weeks ahead in most areas. Our regular clients typically keep their next 6-12 appointments on the schedule.

What Payment Methods Do You Except?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, and cards (via invoice only)

Can I Look Inside the Van/ Trailer?

Absolutely! We post lots of pictures on our instagram that show the inside of the van and trailer, feel free to ask questions as you look at our photos.

We are also happy to give a tour of the van before we start your pet's grooming session, just let your groomer know you'd like to see inside!

Will You need Water and Electric?

Our van and trailer are both fully self contained. We have water and a water heater on board to bathe your pet. The van and trailer both run on battery and a generator.

Rarely, in the event of an equipment malfunction we may ask to plug into your electricity or to refill our water.

Can I Stay With My Pet and Watch?

Unfortunately, no. Most importantly, pets typically do best when their owners are out of sight. When they can see you their focus is on getting to their family rather than on their groomer. In addition, our insurance will not cover pet owners in the grooming area.
